The SVFD is a municipal, non-profit organization. Your donations are tax deductible and are used for training, equipment, maintenance and operations to serve and protect the residents and businesses of Spring Valley.

The department annually hosts a Smoker in the spring and a Music on Main event in the summer to help generate supplementall funds to help sustain their budget.

In addition, our members continuously participate in community activities and work with local schools hosting field trips and presentations.
